Eight stars from the world of television, culture, sport and music, who can often be found in front of the camera, are now on the other side of the lens.
In this completely new reality show - "True Love" - you won't find any intrigues or complicated strategies. Here, the most sincere emotions play first fiddle!
In a luxurious villa on the Caribbean coast, ten singles will fight for true love. During their stay, participants will date, form relationships, and will be put to the test during the Ceremony of Truth. A lie detector will assess whether they answer questions honestly and will help verify who is bluffing and who is actually genuinely engaged in their relationship, as well as disclosing what views the participants have on love and fidelity. During the Love Ceremony, all the collected data will allow the residents of the True Love house to decide with whom they have the biggest chance for the truest love.
The emergence of new, attractive players will shake things up. So when a player is faced with the dilemma of whether to stay in their current relationship or throw themselves into the arms of a new contestant, all they have to do is trust their intuition, stop calculating and follow their heart!
Each participant has the chance to win a double prize - true love and big money - exactly in that order! To walk away with the cash prize, they must genuinely fall in love! Only true love can survive regular lie detector tests. Any insincere intentions and falsehoods will be quickly detected, so those who thrive on love games or enjoy casual flings will not stay in the program for long. "True Love" is about true love!
"True Love" is the Polish version of the format by the same name, which Warner Bros. Discovery created in cooperation with Dare Television for Discovery+ in Sweden. A modified version of the format appeared in Poland, and Edyta Zając made her debut as the program's host.
