Another television hit by television producer Mastiff Media Polska. The show has been broadcast by TVP2 since March 2008.

Before the program came to Poland, the success of the American version was repeated in France, Italy, Brazil, Turkey, Croatia, India and Slovakia.

Game show participants must demonstrate knowledge of song lyrics. A good memory, voice and reflexes are the key to success. You don't have to have a great voice, you just need to know the words to popular songs to fight for PLN 100,000!

Musical puzzles are hidden in thematic categories. These can be, for example, "hits of the 80s", "rock legends" or "romantic songs". Each competitor chooses a category and within it decides on one of the songs they know best. They start singing along with the orchestra, and the original words appear on the screen. At some point the music stops and the text disappears. The participant must sing the missing words from memory. If they have doubts, they can use emergency exits: help from one of two people they invited to join them in the studio, a request to show two words on the screen or to see three different versions of the missing text, from which they can choose the right one. Each hint can only be used once.

Contestants must sing the missing lines word by word! Twist just one of them and you are eliminated from the competition. The level of difficulty increases with each subsequent song. "Don’t Forget the Lyrics" is entertainment for the whole family. The program is recorded with the participation of a large audience.

The host guarantees good fun. In this role is Maciek Miecznikowski - the vocalist of the band Leszcze, an opera singer by training. The game show participants are accompanied by the Urban Band, playing live in the studio.

Viewers can sing along with the game show contestants as the song lyrics appear on their TV screens.

"Don’t Forget the Lyrics" can be watched on Telewizyzna Dwójka, every Sunday, since spring 2008. In spring 2012, Dwójka started broadcasting the ninth season of the popular game show.
