Ladette to Lady

"Ladette to Lady" is a surprising clash of different worlds. On one side, represented by the heroines of the program, the following prevail: lack of manners, partying, conflicts and a specific understanding of femininity. On the other side - an organised, subdued reality full of clear rules. When these two realities face one another, a "war of the worlds" awaits us.

The 12 lost girls have a chance to change their lives. They can prove to all those who stopped believing in them how wrong they were. Their metamorphosis will surprise not only their loved ones, but them themselves. Everything depends on their determination and will. Under the watchful and critical eye of experienced mentors and experts from various fields, they will have the opportunity to start a completely different life. During this unique journey, they will be accompanied by Małgorzata Rozenek, who will support them in difficult times, encourage them and motivate them to fight for their dreams. The participants can always consult her, get advice and share their problems.

The program participants will live in the beautiful Palace in Ojrzanów for a few weeks. The ubiquitous cameras will observe them 24 hours a day. A stay at a demanding school for future ladies will turn out to be full of surprises, and the cause of these unforeseen situations will often be the unbridled temperament of the girls. Poor language, lack of humility, conflict and reluctance to diplomacy will certainly make their path to the final difficult. Every day they will perform tasks in many areas.

The participants will learn under the supervision of two mentors. The first of them is Dr. Irena Kamińska-Radomska - lecturer, assistant professor and trainer of business etiquette, diplomatic protocol and the art of public speaking, certified in international protocol and etiquette in Washington, author of books and numerous articles. The second mentor is Tatiana Mindewicz-Puacz - advisor and trainer in the field of interpersonal and mass communication, personal development trainer, certified psychotherapist in integration, certified ICC coach, as well as an expert in social campaigns and CSR programs. These two experts share their skills and point the participants in the right direction. The ladies will unconditionally enforce compliance with the school rules. Many of the tasks they assign will be surprising, so the students must be alert and on their guard. Daily work on the heroines will be carried out by specialists - teachers with "tough character".

After careful observations and analysis, an irrevocable decision will be made. In each episode, at least one of the girls will leave the Palace in Ojrzanów, and three of them will compete in the grand ceremonial finale. The one who meets the challenges and makes the greatest progress will receive a unique prize - an individual course of development and further education.
