Maciej Wróblewski - one of the best Polish hair stylists and the owner of a thriving atelier in Warsaw - is on a mission to help hairdressing salons. In each episode, he deals with a different salon that is suffering from a lack of customers. What’s the issue? Why does no one want to use them? Is it because of the quality of the service? The staff? Or maybe there are other problems at stake…

The host of the program will take a closer look at the employees, their skills, working conditions and, point by point, analyse how the salon operates. And of course, with innate diplomacy, but honestly and openly, he will present his conclusions to the owners. There will be constructive criticism.

However, this is all just the beginning... The salons will face a real life test. The hairdressers will have to serve clients under the watchful eye of a trainer, and it will be clear whether they are up to the task at hand and whether their skills and experience will be positively assessed by the master. The salons’ owners will also undergo a test - since their private problems often affect their business operations.

The process will allow Maciej to first look at the symptoms and then make a diagnosis. Next, it's time for the treatment. The program host will share knowledge and implement a recovery plan. He will take over the salon and his interior design team will come and spin their magic. Together with the owner and employees, Maciej will visit a range of places - the backstage of fashion shows, photo sessions, TV programs, wig shops, theatres and even museums. Then he will give them a full list of extreme tasks and a real hairdressing school - work under time pressure, styling hairstyles in difficult, stressful conditions, combing outdoors in the wind, serving customers during an electricity blackout, etc.

After the experience, the heroes return to their salon, where another dose of emotions awaits them. For the first time they see the new revamped salon. The show’s host looks on with pleasure as the first new customer is serviced after the metamorphosis. And the changes concern not only the physical salon, but above all, the people!
